Pay-Per-Click/Search Engine Marketing Manager buy in US, Free Classifieds Ads

Job Purpose:
The Manager, Online Marketing is responsible for execution of online marketing campaigns (Google Adwords, Product Listing Ads (PLA), Bing Adcenter) to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for Onestop clients. This position will be directly responsible for the creation, implementation, analysis and management of successful online marketing campaigns and initiatives across the Onestop clients. The ideal candidate will possess an analytical mindset and relentless drive for performance to optimize our search marketing campaigns for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
o Manage marketing campaigns across Google Adwords and Bing Adcenter
o Grow Google Product Listing Ads (PLA) campaigns.
o Daily management of online marketing campaigns including ad copy testing, budget management, bid management, landing page optimization, etc.
o Grow portfolio marketing using analytical and creative skills to maximize profits by developing, planning and deploying PPC campaigns
o Utilize bid management tools, bid modeling, and automation to maximize PPC campaigns
o Ensure continual client/partner satisfaction by promoting exceptional level of follow-up in communication, accurate results in deliverables, and actionable recommendations
o Deliver weekly and monthly KPI reports to communicate performance trends
o Manage and maintain ROI across portfolio of accounts; analyze results and strategies for improving sales performance
o Communicate regularly with clients on status, timeline, budget, deliverables, performance reporting, and competitive intelligence analysis.
o Increase client's profitability, ROI and key metrics.
o Actively participate in formulating strategies, plans and help identify opportunities.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
o Experience working with 3rd party bid management solutions like Marin or Kenshoo
o Experience in Google PLAs; required
o Must possess intense analytical skills, strong technical aptitude, and problem-solving skills
o Strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills. Comfortable with large data sets
o Self-directed, proactive and able to define and execute projects independently
o Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize and work effectively in fast-paced environment
o Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across departments and teams
o Must have a strong command of excel functions necessary to slice-and-dice data
